The workshop takes place at the Holiday Inn Express in Crestwood, Illinois, on Saturday, February 20. It runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. During that time, participants will learn how to find fund & flip properties, the right way, to buy and rent properties as well as wholesaling, commercial, tax liens/deeds and more. At the end of this class they will be equipped to get started as well as become confident that real estate investing is mandatory to secure their future financially.
